In case you need to provide one-time services for setting up computers or servers, or to service equipment that is not included in the main contract (for example, the employee's home computer), you can order a one-time visit of the system administrator. The cost of its services is 250 UAH per hour. How many hours will he spend on standard tasks?

• setup (installation) of the operating system and drivers for a clean new computer - 1 hour
• setup (installation) of the system, drivers, software - 2 hours
• setting up a standard office server (router, AD, DNS, file server, mail server) - 2-3 hours
• Network equipment setup - 1 hour
• Peripheral equipment configuration (scanners, printers) - 1 hour
• cleaning from dust, replacement of terpomast, replacement of components - 1 hour
• Data recovery - 1-10 hours, depending on the amount of data and the method of removal.

Time on the road is not taken into account. Time is rounded to the nearest hour. 5-59 minutes is counted as an hour of work.
